Hotels:

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date, unless stated otherwise by the hotel.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a 20% cancellation fee or the forfeiture of the advance payment.

• No-shows without cancellation will be charged the full advance amount.

Tours:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours of the tour date will result in a 50% refund of the advance.

• No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or for no-shows.

Car Rentals:

• Car rental bookings can be canceled for free up to 48 hours before the rental start time.

• Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will result in the loss of the advance payment.

• All refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
